Terms of Service
Welcome to Swipe Mix. By using the App you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the App. This is a general template—have legal counsel review and adapt for your jurisdiction before launch.
1. The service
Swipe Mix helps you organize your photo library on iOS with swipes and related controls, with organizing performed locally on your device and no internet connection required for that workflow. Features are as described on the App Store and as actually provided in the app; we may update or change functionality over time.
2. License and restrictions
Subject to these terms and applicable law, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on your devices. You may not reverse engineer it, bypass technical limits, use it unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights, or harm other users or system security.
3. Accounts and devices
If the App does not require a separate account, you use it with your Apple ID and devices. You are responsible for device security and keeping your Apple ID credentials confidential.
4. Purchases
Swipe Mix is offered as a one-time purchase (for example ¥2.99 on the China App Store) that permanently unlocks the app for your Apple ID. Pricing, taxes, and refunds follow the App Store and regional rules; Apple may show a different local price outside China.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of library content you access, mark, or organize. You represent you have the right to perform those actions. We will explain outcomes where the law allows, but we are not liable beyond reasonable bounds for mistakes or system-driven changes.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use or inability to use the App, except where law requires otherwise.
7. Limitation of liability
For claims under these terms, our total liability is limited to fees you paid for the relevant transaction where applicable, or the minimum amount allowed by law.
8. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms.
9. Governing law and disputes
Interpretation and disputes are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction (update for your legal entity’s location). Disputes should first be resolved in good faith; if that fails, they may be brought in competent courts (update as appropriate).
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after updates means acceptance; material changes will be surfaced in the App or on this page.
