Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 21, 2026

Welcome to Swipe Mix (“the App”). This policy describes how we handle information when you use the App. Core organizing runs on your device and does not require uploading your library to us. This page is static; if anything disagrees with the latest in-app or App Store disclosures, those sources control. Have counsel review before you rely on it publicly.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the Swipe Mix mobile app (Bundle ID: com.lyrsi.swipe.mix) and this website if you only browse our static HTML pages. This site does not offer user login and does not collect sensitive personal data through the pages themselves.

2. Information we collect

  • Photo library access: To provide organizing features, the App may access photos and videos in your library after you grant permission. Processing is generally on-device; we do not upload your photos or videos to our servers unless a future version separately obtains consent and explains why.
  • Purchases: One-time unlocks through the App Store are processed by Apple; we may receive limited transaction-related information (for example, that a purchase was completed), not your full card details.
  • Diagnostics and analytics (if any): If crash reporting or anonymous analytics is enabled, it helps improve the product in aggregate; specifics follow in-app or system permission prompts.

3. How we use information

We may use information to deliver and improve the product, handle purchase and unlock status, protect security and compliance, and—with consent—send important service notices.

4. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose limited information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or with your clear consent. Payment and purchase data related to Apple follows Apple’s privacy policies.

5. Retention

Marks and organize state stored on device follow the system photo library and app storage rules. Uninstalling the App or revoking permissions may remove or block access to local data, per system behavior.

6. Children

The App is not directed at collecting identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we collected a child’s information by mistake, contact us to request deletion.

7. Cross-border transfers

If a feature requires the internet and servers are outside your country, we will explain it in the product and take appropriate steps as required by law.

8. Your rights

Where applicable law allows, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold (if any). You can also manage library access and App Store purchases in system settings. Users in the EU and other regions may have additional rights under local law.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be called out in the App or on this page; continued use means you accept the updated policy.
